How Long Does It Take for A Return To Be Processed?
We will process your return on the same day we receive your item/s, once it has been processed we will send you confirmation. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to process your refund.


What are your delivery options?

UK TRACKED 48 as standard Deliveries take on average 2 working days (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays). £2.95

UK TRACKED 24 Orders must be received before 1pm. Deliveries take up to 1 - 3 working days (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays). £5.50

UK NEXT DAY Order before 2pm Monday-Thursday to receive your items on Tuesday-Friday. Orders made after 2pm Thursday will be delivered the following Monday. Postcode Restrictions Apply. (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays) £5.95

UK SATURDAY/SUNDAY Order before 2pm Friday to receive your items on Saturday/Sunday. Orders made after 2pm Friday will be delivered the following Saturday/Sunday. Postcode Restrictions Apply. (excludes Bank Holidays) £12.95

UNDELIVERED PARCELS
Please be advised that if an order’s tracking information states delivered or signed for but has not been received, we must be notified by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) within 10 calendar days of the stated delivery date in order to raise an investigation and subsequent claim. After this time, we are not able to guarantee any outcome or claim for a missing parcel. We cannot declare a parcel lost in these circumstances until an investigation has been completed by the courier company and forwarded to us.

FAQ

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return a parcel please ensure the items are in a resalable condition and unworn with the tags attached, otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be accepted, and follow this process:

1/ Repackage the item in the original packaging.

2/ Contact us on the email address on your invoice or on the telephone number to arrange return. We will them explain to you how to complete the return.

Remember if you are returning an item that was on promotion or the order had a promotion associated with it, you may not receive the full refund if the remaining order you have kept does not still qualify for that promotion.

*All items marked with an * cannot be returned due to Hygiene reasons.

 

What is your returns policy?

How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?
You have 14 days to return an item from date of receipt.

What Happens If I Receive a Faulty Item?
If you receive an item that is faulty then send it back to us within 21 days and we will process a full refund including the original delivery charge. Faulty items are checked on receipt and validated.

What Happens If I Received the Wrong Item?
If you receive the wrong item, then send it back to us and we will refund you or send you the correct item assuming we still have the product and size in stock.

The Image Looks Different to The Product I Received
All the images on our website are as accurate as possible to the products. However, due to the differences in screens and systems used by our customers, colours and shades may not be 'exact' to the true product.

What Happens If an Item Is Missing from My Parcel?
Sometimes an item can be missing from your parcel but all our parcels are checked before they leave us. If an item is missing, then get in contact with our Customer Services Team via the message service or email us on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. We will then investigate which may take us a few days and if necessary arrange for the item to be sent again.

Exchanges
We no longer offer an exchange service as it has taken too long to send items back and for us to then resend the correct item as items are selling all the time and items can go out of stock very quickly. This has led to customer disappointment so we have reviewed this and we recommend you consider reordering your item if you have selected the wrong size/fit when first ordering or selecting more than one size on your first order.

Excluded from the returns and refunds policy?
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on Briefs, Brief sets, Swimwear, Gel Nails, or Nail Accessories products, unless they are mis-described or faulty or any Items sold at over 70% discount.. Your Statutory rights are not affected.

We can now offer free returns but only if you have paid via Paypal I am afraid as they are refunding this cost not us

WHAT DOES EX CHAIN STORE MEAN?

1. What does ex chain store mean?
Ex-chain store means that the clothing was originally made for a major UK high street chain store who cancelled the order. The most common cause for cancellations is late delivery. We can then offer them to our customers at a substantially lower price than the original manufacturer's price to the store group who ordered them in the first place!

2. Are original labels removed?
Some store labels are removed, cut or blacked out in accordance to requirements of the chain stores. This is in order to protect the intellectual rights of the original high street chain store and to prevent unauthorised store-returns. Labels are removed by the manufacturer or by ourselves before sale, however mistakes can happen and for this we apologise. All items of clothing have labels with washing instructions and fabric content.

3. Are all your items of clothing ex-chain store?
No. Where we have not listed the item as ex UK chain store, they will be sold with labels (and tags where applicable).
